Third Party Payment Processor

Sound Ex Machina does not collect nor store any credit card or other billing information. Sound Ex Machina stores only the account information (first and last name, company name, street, zip code, city, country, state/province, phone number, fax, e-mail, VAT ID, payment type, registration name and language), sent by the Payment Processor to Sound Ex Machina. We are not responsible for the use of your personal information by the Payment Processor.

People who subscribe to our newsletter

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter to our subscribers.
In order to make this possible, we collect the newsletter subscriber’s real name as well their e-mail address and we keep them stored for as long as the newsletter user remains subscribed. Every newsletter sent will also contain unsubscribe instructions by default.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Sound Ex Machina and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.

People who contact us through our website contact forms

When someone contacts us via the contact forms found on our site, we collect their name and e-mail address along with an inquiry message. This information is collected in order to be able to communicate with the visitor in regards to their inquiry. This information is immediately forwarded and stored only in Google Suite for Email.
